Rapidshare Timelimit

Directions
Rapidshare traces the users IP address to limit each user to a certain amount of downloading per day. To get around this, you need to show the rapidshare server, a different IP address. You can do this one of multiple ways.

Requesting a new IP address from your ISP server.

Here's how to do it in windows:
1. Click Start
2. Click run
3. In the run box type cmd.exe and click OK
4. When the command prompt opens type the following. ENTER after each new line.

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit

5. Erase your cookies in whatever browser you are using.
6. Try the rapidshare download again.
Frequently you will be assigned a new IP address when this happens. Sometime you will, sometimes you will not. If you are on a fixed IP address, this method will not work. To be honest, I do not know how to do this in linux/unix/etc. If this works for you, you may want to save the above commands into a batch file, and just run it when you need it.

Rapidshare hack!!!!! Free premium acount for all

Rapidshare hack!!!!! Free premium acount for all

hi i got the encrypted message if you decode that message you get a link to register premium acount on rappit share but i dont have a decomipler for PKCS7 help me decode this message and we have all free premium acounts.

Code:

.com

Rapidshare Hacked, unlimited upload, no countdown

Its very easy to fool Rapid Share server if your IP address is assigned by your ISP. Just follow these simple steps:

clean up IE or netscape or Firefox cookie( In this case the one that belong to rapidshare website)
On Command prompt (open MS-DOS)
type -----> ipconfig /flushdns <---Enter
type -----> ipconfig /release <---Enter
type -----> ipconfig /renew <---Enter
type -----> exit <--------Enter

Or save these commands in a bat file and run it everytime you need to fool Rapidshare server. Remember to clean up rapidshare cookie in your temp Internet files folder.

Now you should be ready to download/upload as many files as you want from their server.

another way, get proxies from the internet and apply to the browser.
some of proxies might not work though...

Note:
If you are on a LAN and behind a router (using NAT, for example)---this will not work.
If you use a fixed proxy--- this will not work.
If you have a fixed IP address from your ISP or college or employer or whatever -- this will not work.
If you happen to get the same IP address from your DHCP server because it's assigned to you -- this will not work

NO waiting
THIS "cheat" for RAPIDSHARE DOWNLOADS eliminates the "WAITING" for the file. No more COUNTDOWNS. So heres what you do:

1. First, Find a rapidshare download.
2. Hit the FREE BUTTON, like always.
3. While your waiting for it to countdown, change the URL in the bar to:
Code:
java script:c(countdown = 0);
and hit ENTER or the GO button over and over. Eachtime you do so, it decreases 10-20 seconds. Few times and the link appears.
or you can simply do the code below ONCE
java script: for (i=0; i<30; i++) { c(); }

How to Reset Photoshop to default settings

Photoshop resetting settings When working fromWindows, I use Photoshop to do much of my graphical work. Gimp is also a great equivalent for those who prefer working from Linux (can be used in Windows as well). A typical problem people encounter when playing around with Photoshop is that of changing the default settings during experimentation and then forgetting what the baseline setting were. If you have been messing with Photoshop for long enough, you know exactly what I mean.

Well, the good news is that there is a simple fix that allows you to reset all of your Photoshop CS2 or Photoshop CS3 settings and preferences back to factory default.

How to reset Photoshop preferences (In Windows):

  1. First, hold down all three Ctrl+Alt+Shift buttons
  2. Now "while keeping those button held," simply open Photoshop or a file that opens with Photoshop
  3. As Photoshop loads, you should get a prompt asking if you would like to "delete the Photoshop settings file", Click yes

You should now have a fresh slate with all of the settings returned to their default.

Note: I have found that this process is kind of finicky and doesn't always work. I have had the best results pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift and clicking the photoshop shortcut from the start menu in Windows.

How to Remove the Green Box on Zoom in Camtasia

Camtasia is an awesome screen recorder to use for publishing Screencasts, Tutorials and YouTube videos. When using the smart focus feature, Camtasia Studio 5 is setup to display a green box or green rectangle when zooming in to sections of your screencast. By default, this green rectangle appears on each zoom in the final production of a video. However, we can easily turn off this feature and keep the green box from displaying in our final screencast production or video.

Camtasia – How to Remove the Green Box on Zoom feature:

  1. Start Camtasia Studio
  2. From the menu bar, navigate to Tools -> Options and click theZoom tab from the menu that appears
  3. Camtasia zoom options

  4. Uncheck the option to Apply Zoom-n-Pan hints and click Ok
  5. uncheck zoom-n-pan hints

  6. Now whenever you produce a final video, the green box will not display on the sections you chose to zoom

Installing additional photoshop fonts

Where to install additional photoshop fonts: Once you have become familiar with editing in photoshop, you might want to start adding new font styles. Just yesterday, a friend of mine who is relatively new to photoshop had asked "How do I add additional fonts to photoshop". Knowing that there are probably many other people out there wanting to know the answer, I figured I would post a quick response here on the site.

Typically people add fonts to the Windows fonts directory. Fonts placed here can be used for many applications including photoshop. However, if you have a lot of fonts installed, this can sacrifice Windows performance. The good news is that photoshop does have it's own font folder for fonts that you plan to use with photoshop only.

Adobe Photoshop font folder:

Place the fonts you want to use with photoshop in the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts

Restart photoshop and enjoy the new fonts

Photoshop freezes when opening a file

The other day, I started noticing a major problem with my Adobe Photoshop installation on a particularcomputer. Everytime I went to open an existing file or create a new file, Adobe would lock up or freeze. Sometimes Photoshop would take nearly two minutes to open a file. Other times, the applicationwould simply stop responding and Photoshop would need to be closed with (Ctrl+Alt+Del) Windows Task Manager. This problem was occurring with both Photoshop CS2 and Photoshop CS3.

How to Fix the Photoshop Lockup or Freezing problem:

It seemed that Photoshop lockups were only occurring on one of my systems. Thinking back to any recent changes made on this particular system (HP laptop), the only recent change I could think of was the addition of a network printer. So I simply removed the recently added network printer from the system and launched Photoshop again. This time when attempting to create a new file, Photoshop responded quickly and instantly created the file as it used to.

To confirm that the added network printer was indeed causing the problem:

I reinstalled the networked printer and ran Photoshop again. Whenever attempting to create a new file, or open an existing file, Photoshop locked up, froze or stopped responding altogether after a period of time.

Photoshop Lockup Solution Conclusion:

If your experiencing Photoshop lockups or freezes upon creating a new file or opening an existing file, try to disable or remove your network printer and see if the problem resolves.

Additional Notes: I've noticed that opening files (offsite) from a networked server or shared folder causes slowdowns as well. So, in most cases, it's probably best to open file from your local drive.

Adobe Photoshop Monitor Profile is Corrupted

After replacing or upgrading a monitor on yourcomputer, you may encounter an error when launching Adobe Photoshop. The error may read as follows: The monitor profile is corruped ordefault monitor profile appears to be defective. The problem is basically that a profile has not yet been established by Photoshop for the new monitor. In the following simple solution I will show you how to resolve this problem and get Photoshop up and working properly again.

Common Photoshop Monitor Profile Errors:

  • The monitor profile (profile name) is corrupted.
  • Default monitor profile appears to be defective.
  • Default monitor profile appears to be defective. Please re-run your monitor calibration software.

Defective Photoshop Profile

How to fix the Photoshop Monitor Profile Error:

The most logical solution is to Create a new monitor profile using the Adobe Gamma Wizard. Here is how to do it:

  1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Adobe Gamma
  2. Select the Step-by-Step Wizard, then click Next
  3. Adobe Gamma Wizard. Select Step by Step Wizard and click Next

  4. On the next page, give your new profile a unique Description and then click Next

  7. Brightness and Contrast Adjustment
    Phosphors Adjustment
    Gamma Adjustment
    Whitepoint Adjustment
    Whitepoint Adjustment 2
    Finish Setup

  8. Now simply name the new profile something and click Save
  9. Save the New Profile

If all goes well, you should now be able to launch Photoshop with your newly created profile.

Remove the Register Photoshop Prompt

Photoshop keeps asking me to register every time I start it, even though I have already registered Photoshop. This recurring "Register Photoshop" problem is a known issue with Photoshop CS2 when installed onWindows Vista. In the following simple solution, I'll show you how to remove the Register Photoshop prompt or notice once and for all and get you working again without the annoying nag to register.

How to Remove the Register Photoshop Nag:

  1. Click Start > All Programs and locate Adobe Photoshop CS2
  2. Right Click Adobe Photoshop 2 and select the option from the menu to Run as administrator:
  3. Note: After clicking Run as administrator, you may be prompted by (UAC) User Account Control to allow the action.
    Run Photoshop as Administrator

  4. Photoshop CS2 should now launch. When the prompt to Register Photoshop appears, Click the Do Not Register Button and then quit:
  5. Register Photoshop Nag (Click Do Not Register)

  6. The next time you launch Adobe Photoshop normally, you will not be prompted to register.

Adobe Photoshop CS3 fails to Update

Photoshop CS3 fails to install Update. When performing the Adobe Flash Lite 3 update for Adobe Device Central CS3, you might encounter the error: "Flash Lite 3 Update for Device Central CS3 failed to install". This is a common update issue that many Photoshop CS3 users are encountering. In most cases, it has been noted that the Device Central program won't start after a failed Flash Lite 3 update. It appears that the problem is related to missing permissions of Adobe specific registry settings. In the following, I'll cover how to fix the problem.

How to fix – Adobe Photoshop CS3 fails to Update:

Only proceed if you are comfortable editing your system registry. I offer absolutely no warranty for this information and can not be held accountable for your actions. Continue at your own risk!

  1. Click Start -> Run and type regedit in the dialog box and click OK
  2. From the registry, navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and locate the DeviceCentral.advs key
  3. Right click DeviceCentral.advs key and choose Permissions
  4. devicecentral permissions

  5. Select the Administrators permission group and check to the box to Allow Full control permissions and click Apply, then click OK
  6. admin permissions for device central

  7. Repeat this process for the DeviceCentral.adpp key and then proceed to run your Adobe Photoshop update again

If all goes well, you should be able to complete the update and install without errors.

CSS Transparency for Firefox IE Safari and Opera

Transparency or CSS Opacity in Firefox, Internet Explorer (IE), Safari and Opera. In the following simple solution, I show you how to set Transparency or Opacity for an element and have it render correctly in all popular browsers. In order to acheive this, we need to use four different CSS statements. Each statement can be individually adjusted to fine tune the transparency results for different browsers.

Note: With most browsers, in order to get CSS opacity to stick, you need to have some sort of placement specified. For example I used:float:none;

How to set transparency for all browsers

The following example shows how to apply a 70% transparency to a CSS Class:

.some_class {
float:none;
filter:alpha(opacity=70);
-moz-opacity:0.7;
-khtml-opacity: 0.7;
opacity: 0.7;
}

And here is a 70% transparency example using opacity on a CSS ID:

#some_id {
float:none;
filter:alpha(opacity=70);
-moz-opacity:0.7;
-khtml-opacity: 0.7;
opacity: 0.7;
}

What are each of these CSS Opacity property is used for?

  • filter:alpha(opacity=70); Used for Transparency in Internet Explorer (IE).
  • -moz-opacity:0.7; Used for Transparency on old versions of the Mozilla browser. For example: Netscape Navigator.
  • -khtml-opacity: 0.7; Used for Transparency on old versions of Safari
  • opacity: 0.7; The current CSS standard, Supports Transparency with all recent versions of Firefox, Opera and Safari.

Margin Differences – Internet Explorer and Firefox

Margin Spacing Different in Firefox than Internet Explorer: If you have spent a good amount time messing with CSS, you may have noticed that the margins set for a Class or ID can often preview different in Firefox and Internet Explorer (IE 6 and earlier versions). In most cases the alignment problem will appear if you have margins applied to a floating element. This issue is also known as the IE6 Double Margin Bug. In the following simple solution, I'll show you how to make the margin spacing appear the same in both Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers.

How to make Margins Appear the Same in Firefox and IE

To fix this FF vs IE Margin alignment problem you simply need to add thedisplay:inline; CSS declaration to your floating element.

Example:

.narrowcolumn {
float:right;
padding:0;
margin:0 50px 10px 0;
width:510px;
display:inline;
}

Notice how I added display:inline; to the class .narrowcolumn. This was necessary, because I was using float:right;.

How to get started with your very own Blog

Episode 1: How to get started with your very own blog.

Recently, I've been swamped with tons of questions from friends and family regarding the topic of blogging, what it is, how it works, it's advantages and how to get started. So, I have decided to write a post discussing the topic in detail.

Blogging is the term used to describe the act of writing in one's blog. Bloggers typically write about various topics they are interested in. It's not uncommon for a blog author to be involved in linking to topics or news they find interesting on the internet. A blog, which is the short term for weblog, is a website where regular entries are made in a journal and may be presented in reverse chronological order.

There are many advantages to building and using a blog verses a full blown website. A blog can be created and up an running within minutes without using advanced editing software such as Frontpage or Dreamweaver. Most of the blogging software available today contains all of the elements necessary to build, publish and syndicate information. Because of this, blogs can be much easier to maintain than traditional websites. Posts, categories and pages can all be created and edited with a simple to navigate and use menu structure. A blog may also include the useful comments feature. Allowing a visitor of your site to comment on the articles or posts you have written. Within most blogging software, there also lies the ability to do trackbacks. A trackback can allow an author to tie his or her post to an authors post on another blog, allowing visitors to view related articles. There are also internet communities developed around specific blog types such as blog carnivals.

So now you might wonder, how to get started with your own blog? First you have to decide on a blog hosting service. The hosting service or webhost provides the server space for your site or blog. I have some websites and blogs that I host from home, some through free hosts on the internet and others that are hosted from a premium paid webhost. This blog for example is hosted through bluehost. Bluehost was my choice for premium webhosting purely because of their customer service. When it comes to a paid service, nothing is more important to me than customer service. Good customer service = customer satisfaction! For the sake of this article, were going to focus on a premium paid webhosting service. I personally use and recommend bluehost on a linux server. If you would like to use bluehost as your webhost, you can sign up via the banner at the bottom of this page.

Bluehost tailors to the new and experienced internet entrepreneur. They have a variety of simple to use tools and advanced tools along with dedicated live 24 hour customer support via a toll free number (they have always treated me with respect when I call them). They also offer a free domain name (which you'll need) and will host up to five additional domains on one account. This is very useful when expanding and building a variety of blogs or sites. They even have an automated installer for WordPress and other software to simplify the install. They call this application Fantistico and it's available via the user control panel. I've used many of the blogging software packages available today and have thus far settled on an open source product calledWordPress. WordPress is what drives the Blog your viewing this article on. WordPress is 100% Free to install and use. Being open source, WordPress is also Free to modify if you decide to dabble with it's core code structure.

The next step would be to decide on your domain name. A domain name makes it easy for someone to find your site or blog on the internet by typing in a simple name example: lancelhoff.com. If your going through bluehost as your webhost, you'll want to get your free domain name right when you sign up. An alternative if you don't use bluehost, would be to buy a domain name through an alternative source like godaddy. Deciding on a domain name is straightforward and easy, finding one that is not taken can be tough. Try to pick a domain name that is short, easy to remember and pertains to what your site or blog is going to be all about.

Once you've picked your webhost, domain name and blogging software your ready to start in the adventure of blogging. If your using bluehost as your webhost, you'll login to the control panel via their main page. Then go to the Fantastico (blue smiley face icon) and select WordPress from the blogs list on the left. Now you simply click new installation. Fill in the information it asks for (leaving the install in directory blank if your only planning to install WordPress) and click the install WordPress button. When finished, you should be able to view your blog using the domain name you installed WordPress to. Once your viewing your site, you can select login from the sidebar and use the admin login name and password you set during the install. After you have successfully logged in, you can customize your blog via the options in the menu bar. Once you have the options set, I would recommend editing the default example posts and pages via the manage button in the main menu. To write new posts or pages, simply use the write button and write post or write page submenu buttons.

Once your satisfied with the look and feel of your blog and you have content posted, your ready to let your blog be known to the rest of the world. In the next episode, we talk about how to get your blog exposed to the internet.

Getting your Blog exposed to the internet

Episode 2:Getting your Blog exposed to theinternet.

Previously, we discussed how to get started with your very own blog. In the first episode, I cited what a blog and blogging is, how it works, it's advantages verses a traditional website and how/where to get started with your own blog. In episode two we are going to cover blog exposure. Once you've customized your blog to fit your personality and needs and have added interesting unique content, your probably wondering "how are people going to find my blog?" That's what were going to cover in the next few paragraphs.

The first thing I try to do when I've posted enough content to a website or blog is build a sitemap. What is a sitemap? A sitemap is a file that contains the links to every page of your site. A search engine uses a webcrawler bot to find your pages through the sitemap. Without a sitemap, if all of your pages are not listed or referenced within the index page (main home page) or are contained within a sub directory, they might not be found by the crawler. It is also important to note that some crawlers do not properly interpret java script type applets and buttons. If the links on your index page use those, you may find that only your index page gets indexed within that search engine. So a sitemap is necessary and can be used to tell the webcrawler where all of our pages are located.

For this article, were going to concentrate on getting our site indexed with google because I feel a good majority of the population uses google as their default search engine. Through my research on sitemap generators, I've found what I feel to be the best Free online sitemap generator available. AuditmyPC.com has two types of sitemap generators. One sitemap generator specifically used for google sitemaps and one for all the rest. So let's get started.

You'll find the google sitemap generator here: Google Sitemap Generator. Once there, you simply click the G Sitemap builder graphical icon. See picture below:

G Sitemap builder graphical icon

Next, after clicking the G Sitemap builder graphical icon, a window pops up. In this windows there are many options including, URL, include filter, exclude filter etc. Were going to concentrate on the URL section at this time. In the URL section, type in the address of the website or blog that you would like to build a sitemap for. There is no need to add a trailing slash or a filename, just the address of your site or blog.

Example: http://www.yourwebsite.com/

G sitemap URL

Once you've added the URL, click the start crawling button. The apllication then goes out to search your site for all of the pages and files it can find. After a few seconds or minutes depending on the size of your site, the application will return with the status of finished.

G sitemap results

Next, we need to click the sitemap tab at the top of the page. Now, at the bottom of the sitemap page, you'll notice a few options, for now just leave the box checked for xml and click save. Save the file somewhere on your PC.

Save sitemap

Now that we have the sitemap.xml saved on our computer, we need to upload it to the server that is hosting our website or blog. To do this we need to use what is called file transfer protocal (FTP). The easiest way to do this "if your webhost supports direct FTP" is to type the url in the browser using ftp://

Example: ftp://yourwebsite.com

You'll need to login using your administration username and password assigned by your Webhost. Once logged in, navigate to the root folder that contains your websites index page. With bluehost on a Linux server, the example would be to navigate to the public_html folder and then to the folder containing my websites index page (index.php for wordpress). Now that you've found the folder containing your websites index page, take the sitemap.xml file that you saved from the sitemap generator and copy it to your websites folder.

The last section of this process is signing up for google sitemaps. We can then inform google that we have created a sitemap so that they can send out a crawler to find our whole site or blog. Note: Keep your FTP window open during this step.

First, click Here to sign up for google sitemaps. If you already have a gmail or google account, you can log in with that gmail address. If not they provide a link on that page for you to create a google account and get a gmail address.

Google Sitemap Sign in page

After you've signed in to your google sitemaps account, you'll see an add your site entry where you can add your site. Add your site using the entry this time using the trailing forward slash. Then click OK.

Example: http://www.yourwebsite.com/

Setting site URL

Now that you've got your site entered, you'll proceed to a page that looks like the following. We want to check the box next to the site URL and then click add a sitemap.

adding my sites to google

On the next page, we want to select add a general web sitemap from the menu.

adding a sitemap to google sitemaps

Now we need to tell google where to find our sitemap. Check the three boxes that are listed, then, add the full URL that points to your sitemap. Then click Add Web Sitemap!

Example: http://www.yourwebsite.com/sitemap.xml

add website map part 2

Now, google will crawl your site. It will find the sitemap file we have created and will index all of the files and pages that are listed within the sitemap.xml.

Side Notes:

  • You may also want to verify your site, using the verify option within google sitemaps. This allows google to provide you with comprehensive statistics and error information about the pages in your site.
  • If there are certain files or directories that you don't wish google to index, you can rebuild the sitemap using the "exclude filter" option in the google sitemap generator.

That wraps up episode 2: Getting your Blog exposed to the internet.

In the next episode, we uncover a few more ways to get your blog or website content out there on the internet for people to see.

Generating more Blog traffic

Episode 3:Generating more Blog traffic.

In episode two, I explained how to get your Website or Blog content quickly exposed to the internetthrough the use of a sitemap.

Now that you have created a sitemap and your content is beginning to appear on the internet, your probably starting to get a little more traffic to your site. The next step is to implement and use alternative resources to expose your Blog. The key to getting tons of traffic is to have our site or blog "linked" to a social network of high traffic websites. When properly done, just the exposure can be enough to kickstart a new Blog. So how can this be done?

Within the next few paragraphs, I will explain how we can do this a few different ways. Social bookmarking, blog carnivals and backlinking are some some fine examples.

Social Bookmarking

Let's start with social bookmarking. Bookmarking sites are often referred to as the next generation of internet News. Social bookmarking is similar to browser bookmarking or saving links/articles to your browsers favorite list with a couple of exceptions. When you use social bookmarking, you save a link your interested in to an online database. Typically, these databases categorize the article links and allow the contained articles to be browsed or searched by any user. In addition, some social bookmarking sites, "I.E. Digg", allow the visitor to vote/rate and or comment on the bookmarked articles. Social bookmarking then, can also be a great way for a website or blog owner to organize and submit their own links and content for others to view. I've provided a few good links to social bookmarking sites for you to get started with.

http://del.icio.us/
http://www.digg.com/
http://de.lirio.us/
http://feedmarker.com/
http://www.linkroll.com/
http://frassle.rura.org/
http://www.linkroll.com/
http://openbm.de/
http://myweb2.search.yahoo.com/
http://reddit.com/
http://www.blinklist.com/
http://www.stumbleupon.com/

You may want to review each sites policy before submitting your article links. Some policies do not allow you to link to your own website articles.

Blog Carnivals

Another great way to get additional exposure and traffic to your blog is by participating in blog carnivals. When a Blog owner participates in a blog carnival, they search the carnival listing database for topics that are related to what he or she writes about. Then, if they have written an article that is related to the carnival topic, they simply submit the relevant article with brief description and link to the person running the carnival. If accepted, a caption of your related article gets amended to the carnival listing. Once a visitor is done reading the original article, they have the option of checking out your relevant article on that topic. Listed below is a great place to get started:

http://blogcarnival.com/bc/

Backlinks

Getting one way "direct" backlinks from sites that are listed higher within the search results of specific topics will potentially raise your page ranking while also gaining you more traffic from the well established site that is linking to you.

The key here is to do a search using the key words or topics you would like your blog listed first under. You might then wish to contact the top ranking and first listed sites asking them if they would be willing to add a link to your site.

Using just these three techniques and examples, you should be able to start generating some decent traffic to your Blog. It will also take time for your blog to naturally grow on the internet. Typically a website or blog that is full of great content does not reach full internet maturity for up to a year or longer. In the next episode, we will cover Blog and Website advertising.

Hopefully, you have enjoyed this episode! ;)
